About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Neuralevride. They apply whenever you use this website or your account. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Neuralevride is an independent showroom. Tesla and Roadster are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. This website is not operated by Tesla, Inc.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract.
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date. One account per person.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- We may ask you to verify your identity before you add funds, withdraw or place an order. We can decline or pause an account if verification isn’t completed or we suspect fraud.
Vehicles, prices and specifications
- Prices, reservation amounts and availability are shown on each vehicle page and can change at any time before you place an order. The price on your order confirmation is the one that applies to you.
- Specifications marked announced are the manufacturer’s published targets. They may change before production and are not a promise about your car. Specifications marked confirmed have been verified.
- Photos are for illustration. Your car’s colour, wheels and interior follow the configuration on your order.
Reservations and orders
- A reservation holds a place for a vehicle with the reservation amount shown. A purchase is an order for the full vehicle.
- Each order receives a reference (for example RDS-2026-000001). Your order is confirmed when we accept it and verify your payment, not when you submit the form.
- Where a vehicle offers instalments, the number of instalments and the amount of each are shown on your order. Each instalment must be paid by its due date.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a vehicle becomes unavailable, a price was shown in error, or verification fails. If we cancel, we refund what you paid as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Wallet and payments
- Your account has a wallet. You can add funds using the methods listed on the Add funds page, and pay for orders from your wallet.
- Bank transfers and other manual payments are credited once our team has verified them. Keep your payment proof and reference until they are confirmed.
- Every wallet movement appears in your transaction history with a reference, and each payment has a receipt.
- You can request a withdrawal of your available balance. We may ask for verification first, and you must make sure your payout details are correct.
- Your bank or payment provider may charge its own fees.
Shipping and delivery
- Once an order is paid, we arrange shipment and give you a tracking number (RDS-TRK-…). Shipment milestones appear on your tracking page as they are recorded.
- Estimated delivery dates are estimates. Customs, carriers, weather and other events outside our control can cause delays; when that happens we update your tracking page.
- Make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct and that someone can receive the car. Any vehicle-specific delivery terms are shown on the vehicle page and your order.
- Check the car at handover and tell us about any damage or missing items straight away.
Investment plans
- Each plan shows its minimum and maximum amount, duration and any projected return before you invest. Projected returns are estimates, not guarantees, and you may receive less.
- When you invest, the amount is taken from your wallet and held for the plan’s duration. Your capital is returned to your wallet when the plan ends.
- Distributions are paid to your wallet when we declare them, shared in proportion to the amounts invested.
- Only invest money you can afford to set aside for the full duration. Nothing on this website is financial advice.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the website for anything unlawful or fraudulent. In particular, don’t give false information or documents, use someone else’s payment details, try to access other people’s accounts or our systems, or use bots to scrape or overload the site. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Website content
The website’s design, text and code belong to Neuralevride or its licensors. Vehicle names and trademarks belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission.
Our responsibility to you
We take reasonable care to provide the service as described. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for losses caused by incorrect information you provide. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time. Any open orders or investments are settled first, and your remaining wallet balance can be withdrawn. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; if we do, we will tell you and return any balance you are owed, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects you, we’ll tell you by email or with a notice in your account before it takes effect. Orders already placed keep the terms that applied when you placed them.
